Change Of Course/Institution Can Only Be Done Twice – Registrar

In order to have accurate data and seamless admission exercise, candidates are advised to effect change of institution or course to the Universities, Polytechnics or Colleges of Education where vacancies now exist.

Instead of institutions coming to the Board to source for candidates, they are to advise prospective candidates to effect changes of their first choice of institution/course.

Please note that Changes are allowed TWICE only.

Therefore, the portal for Change has been reopened to allow candidates take this advantage.

However, if a candidate had changed his/her choice before the initial closure of the portal, such candidates now have only ONE opportunity more.

After the Change, the Board will make available printouts to the institutions for the purpose of admission.
